Secretary of State Ross Miller Reacts to Appointment of Clark
County Registrar Larry Lomax to Presidential Commission on Election
Administration
(Carson City, NV; May 21, 2013) - Secretary of State Ross Miller today issued the following statement regarding Clark County Registrar Larry Lomax, who was appointed to the Presidential Commission on Election Administration.
"Anyone who is involved in the elections process in Nevada knows that Larry Lomax's appointment to the Presidential Commission on Election Administration is an outstanding choice. When you consider that the majority of Nevada's population lives in Clark County, the county served by Larry Lomax, it stands to reason that much of our success in running elections is attributable to the work being done by him and his team. I have no question that the Commission, and consequently the country, will benefit from his expertise."
